The most important information at a glance!
Prices are per apartment and night.
Plus local tax € 1,50 per person and night (from 15 years)
Plus final cleaning € 60,- per apartment.
The minimum length of stay is usually 1 week, but can be shorter if necessary.
Short stay surcharge 10% of the package price.
The apartments are absolutely NON-SMOKING premises.
No PETS allowed.
DEPARTURE until 09:00 a.m.
ARRIVAL from 16:00 to 18:00
Deposit for a booking: 30% of the total price
Please pay the remaining amount on arrival by EC Card or by bank transfer up to 3 days before arrival.
Cancellation or withdrawal fees will be charged according to the Austrian hotel regulations!
Austrian regulations:
up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fee
3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the package price
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the package price
in the last week before arrival: 90% of the package price
